Do you split up to cover the bride and the groom?
We can split to cover the bride and the groom, but that is most easily done when the groom is in the same building, so that it's easy to travel between the preparation rooms. As the bride is the "star" of the day, we feel she gets priority. Otherwise, if you still wish us to cover both parties as they get ready, we recommend you make a strict schedule for the pre-wedding activities...just so we don't miss any big moments!
Can we get a copy of the edited files in a digital format?
We can provide you with a copy of the digital files of the final product. Just let us know ahead of time and we will be sure to get you what you need.
What type of payment options do you accept?
We accept credit cards, personal checks, and cash...whatever works best for you!
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage of the day is available for purchase but is not included in most packages.
When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due the day of the wedding.
How do you work with the photographer?
We have worked with a number of photographers and we are well versed in how to work alongside them. We try our best to never get in their way, and are in constant communication with them throughout the day. We understand that you paid them to get a job done, and we will do our best to ensure our services don't conflict with any of the other vendors at your wedding.
What do you require to book or reserve our date?
We require a booking fee of 30% to reserve the date. Since we obtain so many inquiries, dates fill quickly and we cannot promise to hold the date unless the deposit is made.
How will the audio be handled?
We use a combination of on camera and external mics to capture audio throughout the day. In our Gold and Platinum Packages we also fit the groom with a wireless lav mic during the ceremony so we can hear all of those lovely vows.
